Sandyx was engaged by Manheim to help design and configure an internal Salesforce® database to hold all information regarding customer details and interactions over multiple associated operations – the Single Customer View. Sandyx assisted with the complex mapping and data migration required for the SCV.
Sandyx modelled the sales processes within Manheim and configured Salesforce® to provide an intuitive interface to support the field sales team, including visibility of all data pertinent to the client (and mastered on a range of systems)that they were visiting. The solution was deployed in house and on mobile iPad infrastructure.
Sandyx integrated the Manheim Salesforce® build with the Miller Heiman Strategic Sales planning approach.
