Sandyx has provided a range of Salesforce® based systems to enable this Mental Health charity to offer their services throughout the country. The solution provides care pathways for clients moving from specialist mental health services and striving to enter work, education or training. The solution is based on Force.com and provides advanced calendar/scheduling functionality to allow visibility of events from healthcare practitioner, client and location perspectives. The scheduling system utilises advanced geo-location to minimise travel time and optimise resource utilisation. The system is utilised by over 140 mental health professionals to support all aspects of client engagement, diary management, resource planning and statistical reporting.
