Sandyx was tasked by Hermes to design and build a "Sales/Recruitment" application which recruits and vets potential Parcelshops. The result is an application which segments marketing datasets and forwards jobs to field couriers. To enable this, Sandyx enhanced Salesforce® mobility and deployed the solution on iPads.
Therefore, not only do agents now receive jobs within Google Maps, but all employees are continually geo-located to ensure operational efficiency. Sandyx also implemented the Hermes Back Office Service System to help support the Parcelshop deployment.
